Day 1 : Arrival in Tapovan

Arrival at Tapovan and check-in at your selected retreat center. Relax in your serene environment and de-stress. Visit the orientation session to familiarize yourself with the timetable, meet the other participants, and be aware of the objectives of the retreat. Wind down with a serene yoga session in the evening that is followed by an opening ceremony and a devotional meditation session. Enjoy a nutritious vegetarian meal before retiring to sleep. The atmosphere is designed to allow you to step away from the tensions of life and partake in a serene and contemplative setting. Day 2 : Introduction to Yoga and Pranayama

Begin the day with sunrise yoga practice in Hatha Yoga. Morning workout at sunrise rejuvenates the body, softens muscle tissue, and enhances flexibility. Follow a healthy breakfast with a pranayama (breathing exercises) session under guidance to boost inner balance. Practice different breathing exercises such as Anulom Vilom and Bhastrika, which give peace of mind and make a person more energetic. After lunch, take an auto-analysis meditation class to gain relaxation and awareness. In the evening, take a silent nature walk, which makes you one with nature to a greater degree. After breakfast, attend the detox workshop where you'll learn yogic cleansing techniques such as Jal Neti and Kunjal Kriya to cleanse your body and mind. Evening will be paced down with a candle meditation to enable you to become immersed in silence, followed by a sound healing session with Tibetan singing bowls to harmonize the inner self. Day 5 : Spiritual Practice
