Itinerary
Day 1 : Mumbai – Delhi – Haridwar (By flight/train + 210 km road)
Fly or travel by train from Mumbai early morning to Delhi. Our Travel to India representative will greet you upon arrival and drop you for the drive to Haridwar, the gateway to the Char Dham. On reaching Haridwar, check in to your hotel and take some rest. Visit Har Ki Pauri in the evening to witness the mystical Ganga Aarti, a spiritually enriching ceremony of lamps, hymns, and holy water. Overnight: Haridwar

Day 2 : Haridwar – Barkot (210 km / approx. 7–8 hrs)
After breakfast, begin your trek to Barkot, a peaceful town on the Yamunotri route. Enjoy the scenic splendor of the Doon Valley, pine forests, and the meandering Yamuna River. On arrival, overnight stay at a hotel or Swiss camp. Spend the evening at leisure, acclimatizing to the altitude and preparing for the next day's trek. Overnight: Barkot

Day 3 : Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot (42 km road journey + 6 km trek both ways)
Early start and drive to Jankichatti, which marks the beginning of the 6 km trek to Yamunotri, source of the sacred Yamuna River. One may trek, or take a pony ride or a palanquin (extra fee). Upon reaching Yamunotri Temple, take a sacred bath in the Surya Kund hot springs and offer prayers at the shrine of Goddess Yamuna. In the evening, return to Barkot. Overnight: Barkot

Day 4 : Barkot – Uttarkashi (100 km / approx. 4–5 hrs)
After breakfast, drive to Uttarkashi, a town of several ancient temples located on the banks of Bhagirathi River. Arrive and check into your hotel. Explore Kashi Vishwanath Temple, a sacred temple of Shiva and pilgrim spiritual hub going towards Gangotri.

Day 5 : Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi (100 km per way)
Drive today through stunning Himalayan scenery to the temple of Goddess Ganga, Gangotri. The scenic drive provides grand views of deodar groves, running rivers, and picturesque villages. Take a dip in the ice-cold waters of the Bhagirathi River, believed to be holy and soul cleansing, and receive blessings from the Gangotri Temple. Drive back to Uttarkashi in the evening. Day 6 : Uttarkashi – Guptkashi (230 km / approx. 8–9 hrs)
Depart early for Guptkashi, a town in the Mandakini River valley. It is a long but beautiful drive through Tilwara, Ghansali, and other sleepy villages.
On arrival, check-in at your hotel. Visit the old Vishwanath Temple and Ardhnareshwar Temple, where Shiva is revered in half-male and half-female form.

Day 7 : Guptkashi – Kedarnath – Guptkashi (20 km drive + 18 km trek / helicopter optional)
This is the climax of your yatra. Drive to Gaurikund, and then begin the 18 km trek to Kedarnath Temple, located among snow-white mountains. You have options of pony rides, doli service, or Travel to India's helicopter service (optional at extra cost).
Upon reaching the holy Kedarnath Jyotirlinga, worship and soak in the depths of tranquility amidst the grand Himalayas. Return to Guptkashi by evening or stay overnight at Kedarnath (depending on choice and weather).

Day 8 : Guptkashi – Badrinath (190 km / approx. 7–8 hrs)
Drive to Badrinath, the final dham of Char Dham yatra, blessed as the abode of Lord Vishnu. Visit Joshimath and confluences at Nandprayag and Vishnuprayag en route.
On reaching, take holy dip in Tapt Kund, followed by darshan at the majestic Badrinath Temple. Attend the magical evening Aarti among the white peaks of Neelkanth.

Day 9 : Badrinath – Rudraprayag – Rishikesh (260 km / approx. 9 hrs)
Morning, after darshan, visit nearby spiritual sites like Mana Village, Vyas Gufa, and Bhimpul. Drive down to Rishikesh, with an en route halt at Rudraprayag, the confluence of the Mandakini and Alaknanda rivers. Check in to your hotel at Rishikesh. If time permits, experience the evening Ganga Aarti at Triveni Ghat. Overnight: Rishikesh
