Day 1 : Day 1: Delhi – Haridwar (220Kms / 6-7hr) Height: 310 MTS

The enchanting journey starts with pick up from youe desired location in Delhi NCR/ airport/hotel/ home and then drive towards Haridwar. Upon arrival check in hotel at Haridwar. By evening visit Mansa Devi Temple & Ganga aarti at Har Ki Pauri. Overnight stay at Haridwar.

Haridwar: The holy city of Haridwar known as “Gateway to God,” and the breathtaking city, replete with temples, is a magnet for religious pilgrims from all over the world. Haridwar is the religious state of Uttarakhand where the river Ganga exits the Himalayan foothills. Haridwar is one of the seven holiest places of the Hindus, located on the banks of River Ganges. The Ganga aarti and temples of city summons tourists again and again to embrace the sacredness.

Day 2 : Day 2 : Haridwar – Guptkashi (220kms/8-9hr) Height: 1319 MTS

Post breakfast, drive to Guptkashi via Rudraprayag & Devoprayag. Enroute view the amazing stream of the beautiful river Mandakini at Tilwara. The Mandakini river origins from Kedarnath, drive alongside the river to reach Guptakashi, visit Ardh Narishwar Temple in Guptakashi. Upon arrival check in the hotel at Guptakashi. Overnight stay at Guptakashi.

Guptakashi:- The name Gupt Kashi means “Hidden Benares. Mythology describes how when the Pandava brothers were searching for a glimpse of Shiva, Shivji first concealed himself at Guptkashi, but later fled from them further up the valley to Kedarnath, where the Pandavas finally got their wish fulfilled. There are more tangible connections as well-the Kedarnath pandas (priests) live in Guptkashi during the winter months, and after the Kedarnath temple closes for the winter, the image of Kedarnath passes through Gupt Kashi on its way to Ukhimath (across the valley), where it stays for the winter.

Day 3 : Day 3 : Kedarnath – Guptkashi (19Kms Down Trek & 30kms/1hr by Road)

Get up early and perform puja at Kedarnath temple again and post breakfast trek back to Gaurikund and then Guptkashi with your car services. Take rest and stay overnight at GuptKashi.

Day 4 : Day 4 : Guptkashi – Badrinath (215kms/7hr) HT : 3133 MTS

Post breakfast, drive to Badrinath. Upon arrival check in hotel at Badrinath. Top activities to perform at badrinath is holy bath in Tapt kund and then visit Badrivishal temple and take part in evening aarti. Brahamakapal is significant for Pinddan Shraddh of ancestors (Pitrus). Other interesting sightseeing places are like Mana, Vyas Gufa, Maatamoorti, Charanpaduka, Bhimkund and the “Mukh” of the Saraswati River which are located in 2-3 km circumference of Badrinathjee. Overnight stay at Badrinath.

Mana Village : Inhabited by an Indo-Mongolian tribe, it is the last Indian village before Tibet.

Vasundhara : As the name suggests, vasundhara is a magnificent water fall. This place is 5 kms. from Badrinath out of which 2 kms. is motorable upto Mana.

Bhim Pul : On the other side of Mana village, a massive rock forming a natural bridge, lies over the roaring Saraswati river. It presents a spectacular view of water thundering down through the narrow passage under the rock and is believed to have been placed there by Bhim, the second eldest among the five Pandava brothers.

Vyas Gufa (cave): Near Mana Village, this is a rock-cave where Ved Vyas is believed to have composed the Mahabharata and the pauranic commentaries.

Weather at badrinath is very cold and hence woolen clothes are always required for a stay in Badrinath throughout the year. Winter in Badrinath is often accompanied by snow falls.

Day 5 : Day 5 : Badrinath – Joshimath – Rudraprayag (160kms/7hr) Height: 895 MTS

On 5th day of Char dham tour drive for Rudraprayag via Joshimath post breakfast. Visit on the way Narsingh Temple in Joshimath later drive back to Rudraprayag via Joshimath. Upon arrival check in the hotel at Rudraprayag. Overnight stay at Rudraprayag.
Rudraprayag is one of the Panch Prayag of Alaknanda River, the point of confluence of rivers Alaknanda and Mandakini. Kedarnath, a Hindu holy town is located 86 km from Rudraprayag.

Day 6 : Day 6: Rudraprayag – Haridwar (165kms/5-6hr)

Drive back to Haridwar via Rishikesh. Rishikesh is city of Yoga and ashrams is a celebrated spiritual town on the bank of Ganga and is surrounded by Shivalik range of the Himalayas on three sides. Upon arrival Check in Hotel and visit Rishikesh Temples & other famous Sight Seeing places as Laxman Jhulla, Ram Jhulla. Continue the drive to Haridwar. Overnight stay at Haridwar.
