Upon arrival at Delhi airport you will be assisted and then board a flight for Guwahati. Upon arrival at Guwahati depart for Kaziranga national park which is 220 km distant. The renowned park is home to one horned Rhinoceros and holds a record population of more than 80% of the one horned Rhinos in the world. Upon arrival at Kaziranga check into the wildlife resort. Evening free for leisure activities. Overnight stay at wildlife resort.
Get ready for most exciting wildlife exploration in Kaziranga National Park early in the morning. Enjoy the jeep safari in central zone called Kohora, which is the smallest zone of the national park having a maximum density of one horned Rhino. The safari will take us to the very narrow path of the national park within the elephant grass and will enhance the chances to get closer to the wildlife. The central range of the national park is mix of Grassland and Woodland. A number of water bodies are also there which is perfect for the birdlife and home to pelicans, storks and darters as there are a number of water bodies inside the Park.
Post first jeep safari return back to resort for breakfast. Post breakfast take another wildlife safari in central range. This time you will board the open jeep for our vehicle safari to the national park and will enjoy the wildlife sighting in the central zone of the national park. The mammals apart from the Rhino, other species found here are, hog deer, swamp deer, wild buffalo, Elephants and tigers. Later return to the resort and enjoy the ambiance or get rest till lunch. After lunch we will again visit the national park for our second vehicle safari of the day. This time we will explore the western range of Kaziranga. Here we will follows the route Bagori - Dongabeel - Rowmari - Rajapukhuri - Monabeel along with bank of Mori Diffalu river. One our way back to resort we will also stop at the Donga watch Tower for sometimes to have the glimpse of Wildlife. Afterwards return back to resort for rest overnight.
3rd day of tour will give you enchanting trip of Park with jeep safari in the Eastern Range. The eastern range of Kaziranga known as Agoratoli consists mostly of woodland and is famous for its wide variety of Birds. It is home to a variety of migratory birds and is also known to have large population of Wild Elephants. Shohola tower will be the last stoppage of your Jeep safari in Eastern range where you can view some birdlife and other animals. Come back to the resort for lunch. After lunch again explore the central range of the national park with visiting few of its watch tower namely Kathpora Tower, Daflang Tower and Kerasing TowerAfterwards return back to resort and enjoy evening tea snacks. You can also go for village tour nearby for distinct view of village culture of India. Stay overnight at resort.
The morning of 4th day will be delight for bird watchers. Enjoy the birding and photography at Kaziranga bird section. Early morning move to the Burapahar Range of the national park with packed breakfast. You will drive from resort to the nearest place from where we will start our trekking or walk inside the Burapahar range of the National Park. Your track will starts from Pani Juri Camp with a naturalist and forest guards, from here you will walk up to the banks of River Brahmaputra. You will go through the midst of the Woodland that Burapahar which is very popular for wildlife rare species as the Great Indian Hornbill and Hoolock Gibbon. Enjoy rest afternoon with wildlife watching at central region again to catch a chance to view some that are missed earlier. Return back and stay overnight at hotel.
Drive to Guwahati airport to catch flight for onward destination or Delhi.
