Day 1 : Arrive in Delhi

Enter Delhi, the capital of India. After checking in at the hotel, the first day is to rest and to familiarize yourself with the new time zone. During the night time, at the first stage, one can take a stroll through the Connaught Place or ride the rickshaw in the Chandni Chowk and savor the delicacies of the Delhi streets like chole bhature or jalebis.. Day 2 : Cultural exploration of Delhi

Start with the sightseeing of Red Fort which is the grand fort constructed by Shah Jahan in the 17 th century. Then go to Jama Masjid, which is one of the biggest mosques in India, and go up to its minaret to have a view of panoramic Old Delhi. Have cycle-rickshaw drive along Chandni Chowk narrow streets then visit the memorial of Mahatma Gandhi, Raj Ghat. In Afternoon, change the focus to New Delhi and pay a visit to India Gate, Rashtrapati Bhavan and Humayun Tomb. Spend the end of your day in Qutub Minar, a UNESCO World Heritage site and admire its 73 meters tall minaret. Overnight stay in Delhi

Day 3 : Spiritual exploration of Delhi

Begin with the Lotus Temple that is surrounded by a lotus pattern and is peaceful. See Akshardham Temple which is a perfect modern temple complex with carved pillars which have been shaped into detailed designs and water shows during the evening.Visit the National Museum or Gandhi Smriti, in case you are interested in museums. You can spend your evening at Delhi Haat where you can buy handicrafts from all over India and have the food of the Indian region. Overnight stay in Delhi.

Day 4 : Arrive in Agra

Wake up and have breakfast and then drive to Agra (3-4 hours). On arrival visit the Taj Mahal which is one of the seven wonders of the world. Soak in its beauty on your time, particularly when you come in the early morning or evening when it is under low-light. Then, go to Agra Fort, where emperors of Mughal resided and enjoy its palaces and courtyards. At some other point in time visit the Tomb of Itimad-ud-Daulah or the so-called baby Taj, and the smaller Mehtab Bagh, with a view of the Taj Mahal that is ideal. Overnight stay in Agra.

Day 5 : Explore Fatehpur Sikri and Bharatpur

Start with early departure and visit the abandoned Mughal capital of Fatehpur Sikri with its Buland Darwaza, Panch Mahal and the Palace of Jodha Bai. Next visit Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary (Keoladeo National Park) that is a bird watcher haven and a UNESCO World Heritage site. You may also visit the park on a cycle rickshaw as you keep an eye on migratory birds, deer and other wildlife. Go back to Agra or continue to Jaipur in order to spend the night.

Day 6 : Arrive in Jaipur

Arrive at Jaipur, the Pink city of Rajasthan. Check in at the hotel and have some time and rest before going out to the colorful bazaars of Jaipur like Bapu Bazaar, Johari Bazaar where people can go to buy traditional jewellery, blue pots and Rajasthani clothes. The cultural program and authentic dinner can be also enjoyed in the evening in Chokhi Dhani which is a village-like resort. Overnight stay in Jaipur.

Day 7 : Jaipur local sightseeing

Begin your day by visiting Amber Fort whereby you can hire a jeep or an elephant in order to get to the entrance of the fort. See the Sheesh Mahal (Mirror Palace), Ganesh Pol and Diwan-e-Khas. On the way back, visit Jal Mahal which is a beautiful palace in the centre of Man Sagar Lake. Explore the City Palace which  became the home of the royal family partially in the afternoon, and the Jantar Mantar Observatory is a UNESCO site featuring some intriguing astronomical instruments. Conclude the day by taking a picture at Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds). Overnight stay in Jaipur.

Day 8 : Offbeat Exploration of Jaipur

Spend the day in the city of Jaipur off the tourist trail. You can visit Nahargarh Fort or Jaigarh Fort to have a panoramic view of the Jaipur city and the Aravalli Hills. Drive later on a short distance to Abhaneri Stepwell (Chand Baori) which is one of the largest and the most beautiful stepwells in the world and has a remarkable geometric design. Go back to Jaipur and have dinner there and stay overnight.

Day 9 : Discover Ranthambore

Early morning drive to Ranthambore National Park which is one of the most popular tiger reserves in India. Spend a morning on a safari and test your luck to see tigers and leopards among other animals. Other places that you can visit are the Ranthambore Fort, which has panorama views of the park. Go back to Jaipur in the evening and stay overnight there.
