Day 1 : Jaipur – Haridwar (500 km / approx. 10–11 hrs)

Begin your Char Dham Yatra from Jaipur, early morning today, by setting out early, in a handy private air-conditioned car at Travel to India's courtesy. Zoom around the country-side of North India, silky sailing on the stunning green plains and village towns, and arrive in the holy city of Haridwar in the evening.

Check into a pre-reserved hotel, unwind, and see the spectacular Har Ki Pauri to enjoy the enchantment of the spell-binding Ganga Aarti, which performs in the air in the evening with chanting, bells, and candlelight diyas floating over the river.

Day 2 : Haridwar – Barkot (210 km / approx. 8 hrs)

Leave for Barkot after breakfast, a serene hill station near Yamunotri. Enroute see the landscape of Shivalik ranges, verdant valleys, and tranquil waters of Yamuna.

Rest at a hotel or Swiss camp on arrival and take it easy in the evening or plan the trek to Yamunotri the next day.

Day 3 : Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot (42 km drive + 6 km trek both ways)

Early morning depart and drive to Jankichatti, commencement of 6 km trek to Yamunotri Temple, source of the holy Yamuna River. Trek or pony/palanquin (at extra cost) over pine-covered slopes and alpine meadows.

In the temple, perform a holy dip in the Surya Kund, worship Goddess Yamuna, and seek blessings. Return to Barkot in the evening.

Day 4 : Barkot – Uttarkashi (100 km / approx. 4-5 hrs)

Post breakfast, drive to spiritual town Uttarkashi, located on the banks of river Bhagirathi. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and visit the ancient Kashi Vishwanath Temple, a most revered Shiva temple in North India, in the afternoon.

Unwind or walk around the local market in the free evening.

Day 5 : Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi (100 km each way)

Leave early for Gangotri at an elevation of 3,100 meters. The road journey on Harsil Valley, its deodar trees, and mountain streams is an eyeful. Take a sacred dip in Bhagirathi River and watch temple rituals at Gangotri Temple for Goddess Ganga.

Drive back to Uttarkashi in the evening after post-darshan.

Day 6 : Uttarkashi – Guptkashi (230 km / approx. 8-9 hrs)

Breakfast and drive to Guptkashi, spiritual gateway to Kedarnath. Guptkashi is renowned in the valley of river Mandakini for the Vishwanath Temple and Ardhnareshwar Temple.

Arrive and rest in a hotel or resort. Relaxation and acclimatization for Kedarnath the next day for the rest of the evening.

Day 7 : Guptkashi – Kedarnath – Guptkashi (20 km drive + 18 km trek / helicopter optional)

The day you have been waiting the most for your yatra. Drive to Gaurikund and start the 18 km trek to Kedarnath Temple, one of Lord Shiva's 12 Jyotirlingas. For convenience, you have Travel to India's helicopter facility available (at additional cost).

After darshan, unwind in meditation at the temple surroundings before backtracking to Guptkashi.

Day 8 : Guptkashi – Badrinath (190 km / approx. 8 hrs)

Drive to Badrinath in the morning after breakfast, last dham of your yatra. Along the way, see the stunning views of Joshimath, Nandprayag, and Vishnuprayag—sacred river confluences.

On your arrival at Badrinath, take a holy dip at Tapt Kund, a natural hot water spring, and witness the evening Aarti at Badrinath Temple, which is dedicated to Lord Vishnu.

Day 9 : Badrinath – Rudraprayag (155 km / approx. 6 hrs)

Morning darshan at Badrinath Temple. Breakfast, after which proceed for nearby local sightseeing places such as Mana Village (the last Indian village along the Indo-China border), Vyas Gufa, and Bhimpul.

Evening, drive to Rudraprayag, where Alaknanda and Mandakini rivers meet. Reach your hotel for a relaxing evening.

Day 10 : Rudraprayag – Rishikesh – Jaipur (460 km / approx. 11-12 hrs)

Drive to Rishikesh, the world capital of yoga, on the last day. Explore Ram Jhula, Parmarth Niketan, and witness the soulful Ganga Aarti at Triveni Ghat.

Then, proceed back to Jaipur, the destination of this spiritual journey. Drop-off at your home or desired location in Jaipur.
