Day 1 : Delhi to Haridwar from Chennai

Your pilgrim tour starts at Chennai Airport from where you have an early morning flight to Delhi. Upon arrival, your representative from Travel to India welcomes and drops you at Haridwar, the "Gateway to God." The road journey of 6–7 hours from Delhi to Haridwar is en route. On arrival at Haridwar, relax in your hotel for some time.

Evening visit to witness the dramatic Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri, a spiritual and soul-stirring ritual of fire, prayers, and the ever-flowing holy Ganga. The oil lamps bobbing in the river provide an otherworldly atmosphere. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2 : Haridwar to Guptkashi (210 km / 8–9 hrs)

Early breakfast, then your picturesque drive to Guptkashi, situated in the Mandakini valley. En route, stop at Devprayag and Rudraprayag, where holy river confluences enchant every traveller. On reaching Guptkashi, check into your hotel or guesthouse. You can also visit the Vishwanath Temple of Lord Shiva, if time permits.

Day 3 : Guptkashi to Kedarnath (Drive to Gaurikund + 18 km trek)

This is the climax of your Char Dham tour—the trek to Kedarnath, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva. Breakfast, then road drive to Gaurikund, the 18 km trekking point of Kedarnath. Trek on foot, or go in a palanquin, pony, or helicopter (early booking recommended).

Way to Kedarnath is devotionally loaded with recitals of "Har Har Mahadev" resounding the hills. After arriving at Kedarnath, proceed towards the temple for darshan and evening aarti. Kedarnath Temple, surrounded by snow-white mountains, is a devout and peaceful place. After darshan, proceed to your night stay booked by the tour team.

Day 4 : Guptkashi to Kedarnath (Trek + Drive)

Begin the day with spiritual chanting and darshan at the Kedarnath Temple if you could not have watched the evening rituals. Breakfast, and trek back to Gaurikund and drive to Guptkashi. The journey back offers a second opportunity to reflect on the spiritual transformation that you have experienced.

Overnight stay at your hotel, have a full dinner, and rest after a day's physical toil and divine favors. The entire day is at leisure.

Day 5 : Guptkashi to Badrinath (190 km / 8 hrs)

After breakfast, drive to Badrinath, the second dham and abode of Lord Vishnu that is holy. The drive is long but majestic, passing through Joshimath, Govindghat, and alpine pastures. Spiritual energies are at their peak when you drive up to the temple in the Chamoli district.

Upon arrival, take a sacred bath in the Tapt Kund (hot water spring) and proceed for darshan of the Badrinath Temple. The black stone statue of meditating Lord Vishnu is believed to be more than 1,000 years old.

Evening, aarti and explore places near the sightseeing such as Mana Village (last Indian village on the border of Tibet), Vyas Gufa, Ganesh Gufa, and Bhim Pul, related to Mahabharata tales.

Day 6 : Badrinath to Rudraprayag (160 km / 6–7 hrs)

Take breakfast after morning darshan at Badrinath Temple and leave for Rudraprayag, a holy town where the rivers Alaknanda and Mandakini converge. Rudraprayag is a serene town, which is holy and of religious importance to Shaivism.

Arrival in Rudraprayag and check-in at the hotel. Relax either in the evening in your hotel or take a walk up to the union point and observe the sacred rendezvous of the rivers, signifying unity and spiritual fusion.
